From spreadsheets to a London social fitness platform

The Client

MOVE & MEET is a London-based social fitness community on a mission to take "social" off social media and create real-life connections through fitness and social brunch. They host events across London, bringing together people through group workouts, wellness activities, and social dining. Their community spans yoga, HIIT, Pilates, running clubs, contrast therapy sessions, and brand collaborations with companies like Lululemon, Shokz, and Biomel.

The Challenge

MOVE & MEET was running their entire business manually. Events were managed through spreadsheets, attendee tracking was done by hand, ticket sales required manual processing, and partner communications happened through email chains. As the community grew across London and the event calendar expanded, this approach became unsustainable. They needed a complete digital platform that could handle event management, ticket sales, attendee experiences, partner collaborations, and a mobile-first experience for their fitness-focused community.

Our Role

We took MOVE & MEET from zero digital presence to a fully digitalized business. We designed and built every piece of their technology stack, from the public-facing website and mobile applications to the internal tools that power their day-to-day operations and partner relationships.

The Transformation

Before working with Jaspero, every aspect of MOVE & MEET's operations was manual. Event creation, ticket tracking, attendee lists, partner communications, and financial reporting all lived in spreadsheets and email threads. Now, the entire business runs through an integrated digital platform. Events are published to the website and mobile app simultaneously, tickets are sold and tracked automatically, attendees manage their own bookings through the app, and partners have their own self-service portal.
